7月15日（火）の稽古です。暑かった＆熱かった！！！

投稿者は久しぶりの稽古参加でした。

準備運動→基本稽古→移動稽古→形の順に稽古しました。

6月10日(火)の稽古の様子です。三戦を中心に稽古しました。

Here are pics for training on June 6th. Sanchin was mainly done this day. Sanchin-dachi can't be done as expected even by blackbelts as well as beginers.

青年部合同稽古が5月11日(日）嶺井道場で開かれました。母の日と少年少女大会が重なったにもかかわらず、他の道場から多数参加しました。
The Minei Karate dojo hosted the joint session of  OGKK's younger generation.

5月8日（木）の稽古の様子です。

準備運動→基本稽古→移動稽古→六本組手（左右）→形の順に稽古しました。

六本組手を左右入れ替えて稽古すると頭が混乱しました。

沖縄も梅雨入りしだいぶ暑くなっています。稽古に熱中しすぎて熱中症にならぬよう

気をつけましょう。
