Congratulations, Paul san! He passed his 5th dan grading held on March 23rd at the Hichiya dojo.

He was the best performer during the grading. Too good job! 

   His students have been getting better on their katas than the first day in Okinawa. I'm sure that they made  good memories in Okinawa. They're going back home today. See ya all around buddies!

3月20日（木）は通常稽古の後、毎月定例の剛友会でした。カナダからのポールさん一行も参加しました。

It was Goyukai(剛友会） on March 20th.Paul san,Kim san and Chris san joined too.

あけましておめでとうございます。
旧年中は嶺井空手道場に多大なるご愛顧を賜り誠にありがとうございます。
本年も昨年同様ご愛顧を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
　さて、写真は元旦の初稽古の様子です。
朝6：30に集合し、準備運動・基本稽古をして馬天港へマラソン。
馬天港で撃砕第一をし地域の神様を祀る土帝君（トゥーティンクン）へ。
土帝君でお参りをした後、道場に戻り改めて皆で形を演武しました。

A Happy New Year！Hope 2014 will be good one for you without any fear.
