沖縄剛柔流空手道協会セミナー2017

久しぶりに投稿します。
　７月２７日〜７月３０日まで「沖縄剛柔流空手道協会　沖縄セミナー」が沖縄空手会館で開催されました。
　２７日は、モノレールの牧志駅と壺川駅で参加者に観光バスに乗車頂き、沖縄空手会館に向かいました。バス４台で概ね２００名が乗車しました。
　沖縄空手会館に到着後、１０時から参加登録を行い、その後豊見城市内のあしびな～へ向かいました。
　There held 2017 Gasshuku OGKK in Okinawa from the 27th to the 30 July.
On the 27th, there was registration and tour, from 28th to 30th Gasshuku.

２０１６年初稽古　The first training in 2016

あけましておめでとうおめでとうございます。
旧年中は嶺井道場に格別のご愛顧を賜りありがとうございました。
本年も昨年同様ご愛顧を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
以下の写真は１月１日の初稽古の様子です。
６：３０準備運動を始め馬天港までマラソン、そこで稽古をしました。
その後津波古の土帝君で初詣、道場に戻り型の稽古をしました。

We wish all of you had a good new year's day.
As we do every new year's day we had the first training for 2016.
We had some friends from other dojos as well just like last year.
It gave us a good kick!
We are training harder and harder than last year to spread the beauty of Gojuryu.

H27年2月19日の稽古

旧正月あけましておめでとうございます！旧正月でしたが、可能な門下生のみ稽古しました。

但し剛友会は延期。その代わりと言ってはなんですが、旧正月のプチ「お祝い」をしました。

Happy New Year! Yesterday was New Year's day according to the Chinese Lunar calendar.

After training, we had a small party for it. It was a lot of fun.

H27年2月17日の稽古

久しぶりの投稿です。皆さんお元気でしたか？

新人も入会し、皆気が引き締まります。教えるのも勉強になります。

6月10日(火)の稽古の様子です。三戦を中心に稽古しました。

Here are pics for training on June 6th. Sanchin was mainly done this day. Sanchin-dachi can't be done as expected even by blackbelts as well as beginers.
