I'm writing this at the office.
Last Monday I went out to the Dojo to train Karate for the first time in a week.
It was payroll acounting which was a bigger part of why I wasn't able to train.
The another reason was it had been "very cold" for us to go out. I wanted to stay inside.
But I believe it was warm for people from the Northern part with heavy snow fall.
I can hear somebody say "No excuses!"

今職場から投稿中です。
昨日は、１週間ぶりに稽古に行きました。職場では給与計算時期に入っていたので忙しかったためとしておきましょう^^;
先週末から、寒波がやってきて（沖縄に）とっては極寒の日が続いています。
道場への道のりも寒いけど、稽古の後は汗をかいているからなおいっそう寒い。
だから、昨日は「適度」に修業しました。
今後、協会の大会などが予定されています。
楽しみしたいと思います。
未投稿の写真もあるので、だいぶ遅くなったけど投稿したいと思います(^_^;)
